Accomodation
Expenses, such as hotel and travel costs, will not be reimbursed by the conference organisers.
The easiest way to enjoy the conference is to stay at the same hotel where the conference takes place – in the Hilton Hotel Tallinn. However, based on your personal preferences you can stay in any place you wish. Read more about where to stay in Tallinn.
Please note that the hotel reservation is the responsibility of the conference attendants. There are no limits on where and how long you would like to stay. We suggest the following hotels:
Tours with pre-registration on November 3 (by now the groups are full):
14:00 - 15:00 a visit to
e-Estonia Showroom. A bus with the conference sign on it will departure from Hilton hotel at 13:45. The Showroom tour will take approximately 1 hour and the bus will departure from the Showroom to Hilton hotel not later than 15 minutes after the end of the tour. That is approximately 15:15. 16:00 - 17:00 a visit to
HITSA Smartclass. A bus with the conference sign on it will departure from Hilton hotel at 15:30. The Smartclass visit will take approximately 1 hour and the bus will departure from the Smartclass to Hilton hotel not later than 15 minutes after the end of the tour. That is approximately 17:15. Reception of the Estonian Chancellor of Justice Ülle Madise on November 3:
19:00 - 21:00 Reception at the Chancellery of the Chancellor of Justice. A bus with the conference sign on it will departure from Hilton hotel at 18:40. After the reception a bus from near the Chancellery to Hilton hotel departures not later than 15 minutes after the end of the reception. That is not later than 21:15. Location of the Chancellery:
